1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MuseHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MuseHub. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Creator Terms

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant MuseHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit content involving minors
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity

Revenue Share

Creators receive 85% of net revenue from content sales. MuseHub retains 15% as a platform fee. Payouts are available once your balance reaches $10 minimum.

5. Fan/User Terms

As a fan or user, you agree to:

• Use purchased content for personal use only
• Not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content
• Respect creators' intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to bypass payment systems
• Engage respectfully with AI chat bots and creators

6. Payment Terms

Purchases

All purchases are final. We process payments through Stripe and do not store your payment information. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

• Technical errors preventing content access
• Duplicate purchases
• Fraudulent transactions

7. AI Chat Bot Terms

Our AI chat bots are designed to simulate creator personalities. You understand that:

• AI responses are generated and may not reflect the creator's actual views
• Conversations may be used to improve AI models (with consent)
• AI bots are for entertainment purposes only
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engage in any activity that harms MuseHub or its users

9. Intellectual Property

MuseHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MuseHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MuseHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuseHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of MuseHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
